DOGE BREWERY: FROM PASSION TO MISSION
Lovers of nature and of its produce, brothers Alessandro and Federico Giuman, together with their brewer friend Federico Casarin, started making homemade beer in 2008, with the intention of turning their passion into a profession.
In 2014, after experimenting with their equipment at home and perfecting their recipes for Weizen, Marzen, Blanche and Pale Ale, they decided to found the Doge brewery.
The Doge beers are made using high-quality raw materials and local spring water, a true made-in-Italy achievement born in a charming Venetian scenery.
DOGE’S MADE IN ITALY
The Doge beers are born of a wise combination of selected ingredients, fresh spring water and the ancient art of brewing.
Birrificio del Doge uses the well-known and widely used method of dry hopping, so that its beers are nicer, smoother and easier to drink.
ZERO BRANCO: LAND OF WATER
Zero Branco is located half way between Venice and Treviso, in the middle of the Venetian countryside, on the banks of the river Zero, in a green and blooming scenery.
Born in Venice, the Giuman brothers and Federico Casarin decided to found Birrificio del Doge in Zero Branco because of its pure and fresh spring water, the most important element in the production of high-quality beer. Water is used as it is, untreated and pure.
