DESCRIPTION
Typical British ale, blonde in colour, with a long-lasting cream-coloured foam. Hoppy notes combine with floreal and tropical fruit scents. Herbaceous and refreshing.
ABBINAMENTI
A very nice beer matched with spicy cured meat, bacon, fresh or spicy cheese, first courses, such as tangy risotto dishes or soups. Perfect if combined with fish (mussel, salmon, mollusks, crustacea and grilled fish) and white meats (chicken and game), with grilled or steamed vegetables. Delicious also with spicy biscuits, caramel cakes and jam tart.

Spring water, barley and wheat malt, hops and yeast.
